Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Popcorn’d account and request removal of the personal data associated with it.
Can't access your account?
Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account, if possible. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted?
The account deletion process is designed to remove your account and linked profile information, saved titles, watched episodes, reviews, discussions, comments, likes, votes, follows and notifications. Uploaded images are also included in the deletion cleanup process.
What may be retained?
Some records may be retained where necessary to meet legal obligations, handle safety or abuse reports, prevent fraud, resolve disputes or complete backup expiration. Such records are not retained for ordinary public account use. Retention periods depend on the relevant system and purpose.
Once your account is deleted, you cannot restore its watchlists, reviews or community history.
